How long will my order take?
Each item is printed on demand in 2 to 7 business days, then shipped. Standard delivery takes about 5 to 10 business days after printing, so plan on about 7 to 17 business days in total from the day you order. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. If we ever can't ship within the estimated time, we'll let you know and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How do the sweatshirts fit?
Our crewnecks are unisex with a classic, relaxed fit. Most people order their usual size. For a roomier, oversized look, go one size up. Check the size chart on each product page.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Every piece is made just for you, so we don't accept returns for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size. But if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
How do I care for my sweatshirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print and don't dry clean.
Do you make custom orders for groups?
Yes! Teams, churches, schools, businesses and family events. No minimum order, and each item can ship directly to each person. Email us at hello@fanoapparel.com.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
