This website is operated by FANO LLC, doing business as FANO Apparel, a company registered in Colorado, USA. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. PRODUCTS

Our products are printed on demand. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, and product photos are digital mockups. All designs are original works owned by FANO LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

2. WHERE WE SELL

We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable sales taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, FANO LLC's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the laws of the State of Colorado.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.
